It's our easy getaway in the woods for peace and relaxation!

It's a little more expensive than some other options but I'm the anti-McGyver and don't mind paying a little extra for the peace of mind.

I certainly don’t expect to be cash flow positive for a bit but I’ll have peace of mind that the place I rest my head is somewhere we can feel is ours. 

They appreciate the peace of mind and convenience of having a professional showing their house for them.

Guys like @Will Barnard  @J Scott and @Ryan Webber (rest in peace my friend) don't have programs or product.

I think Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University sounds like a good starting point.

But precious metals are about 1% of my net worth and it gives me peace of mind to know that i could sell it off at a premium if/when my real estate and stocks tank again.

The rate I'm going, seems like my options are very limited unless I go into business.My ultimate goal would be to house hack so I can at least have peace of mind a roof under my head (because my family can switch terms at any moment, and I'll be paying their mortgage basically), and have a business growing.

I've owned and rented dozens of homes, but it's very difficult to have the peace of mind that comes from a 100% paid off primary residence.Don't underestimate the power of peace of mind when it comes to generating wealth.
