I don't like those types of arrangements even if allowed in that particular state.Instead you can still get full commission by having contract wording that the one person you represent is your client and the unrepresented party or the one you do not represent is only a customer that you are performing ministerial acts for and not fiduciary acts. 

We recently bought a condo in Branson, MO, and it's going pretty good, but I advertise it on VRBO, and I've had some customers turned off by the service fee that VRBO charges.  

Wouldn't be a good realtor if didn't point out that among 43,000 Miami Dade realtors there are true professionals (who know how to market; understand the numbers; and are customer-focused).

I have a customer that needs some recommendations.They are in Canada (Chilliwack area I believe).Have about $2M in equity and would like to pull out 65% of that at prime rate or close to.They own their business, but don't have any recorded income for past two years as they didn't need any income.  

Ditto for cabinets, bathrooms, waterheaters, etc.  

In the event a customer files bankruptcy, the situation will be addressed appropriately with that customer depending on the type of bankruptcy they have filed.

The kitchen and bathroom cabinets look as bad as the walls do and the stove is missing both of the racks and the bottom drawer.
