For about a year I kind of stagnated because I was focused on paying off my vehicle but I continued to read books, listen to podcast on BP and chat with other colleagues who were interested in REI.Fast forward to this summer my car was paid off my stocks were doing pretty decent but I still had made no real advancement in pursuing my goals of purchasing a property.

I looked into realty shares, endvest, crowdstreet, etc. but everyone offers a public platform and I am looking for my investors to log in and see how far along the project is and how much funds have been allocated into purchase, construction, admin, etc.Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance and happy investing.

For the studio in Liverpool I went cash but I'm looking to buy a new property in 2016 and leveraging is one possibilities I'm considering to buy a duplex or triplex to rent to students.I had a chat with my financial advisor recently here in Dubai about mortgages and he told me that I can easily get one here but I don't know in UK.
