I had a very elderly woman in the building I managed, and if I didn't see her for quite a while, I'd worry that she'd died in her apartment. 

Unfortunately, a good con man, or woman, can make your "gut" say you can trust them. 

I have a single older woman as a tenant and I don't have to worry about anything.

Act now or this woman is going to give a lawsuit that is going to cost you big!

We left our handy woman in charge and went on a cruise.Everything to that point had been good with her, but I reckon the moment the phone signal went dead, she got blindingly drunk and then proceeded to harass every single tenant.

*****************In subsequent dealings with this woman, she demanded more and more firmly that I take the ad down.This is a scam - what happens is that "her father" sends you a cashier's check, but it's for double the amount.  

The next tenant was a woman who had also flown in from a 1st world country, but she'd been traveling. 

How do you know she didn't adopt some homeless kids, or that they're foster kids, etc. and the woman is a kind hearted person trying to help?

A woman I'd been chatting with realized that the coffee she'd just poured for herself had ants in it, because there were ants in the sugar container.
