Probably because I mimicked a lot of yellow letter images I reviewed on Google.

They can remain empty for quite a while, and they are often the "face" of a mixed use property, so if you're ever desperate and take on a less than desirable retail tenant, your whole property will be a reflection of the image that retailer puts out.

The image is too hard to tell where it ends hence the reason for the certification.If the Flood Zone touches any part of the dwelling, I may need to reconsider the property as the value of the home will decrease as well as the buyer will need flood insurance prior to their lender even considering a loan.  

I just realized that I somehow posted multiple snapshots of same images and same images are labelled with different zip codes.
