My friend has a water treatment company he sells water softeners within a 100 mile radius and he travels everywhere sometimes putting over 30k a year on his little Chevy HHR that he paid 5 grand for in cash .

By the next flu season there will be a vaccine or at least a reliable treatment.

I've gotten preferential treatment from listing agents on several occasions because they were going to get both sides of the commission.

If I allow any of my employees to show up late (pay late) or work short weeks (partial payments), others will expect the same treatment.  

Other times you get total garbage from them that are like 14 month old places that are 5 miles away when you have 3 almost identical houses within 0.25 miles that sold in the last 30 days, for 20% less than their ARV, they aren't given as gentle treatment.

They have better tax treatment than notes and will provide you with a solid base.

If you are interested in RE industry, you need to familiarize yourself of specific terminologies like buy & hold, flipping, RE professional, wholesaling and lender, of which each has different accounting treatment.

Anyone who thinks that 1031s are a rich mans tool is sorely mistaken. 

I would likely do it as long as the dish isn't an eye sore to the neighbors or violates an HOA rule.
