Most tenants have pets and if you don't allow pets, they simply lie about it.I allow pets so that I can screen the pets and get additional deposit.A dog doesn't even have to bite.

In fact that technology is seldom used until I'm back at homebase entering financials or doing a repair estimate on a spreadsheet or using formulas for expenses and such.Now I'm not saying wireless can't come in handy - A smartphone/iPhone is a lifesaver these days with our dependance on email.What was your angle?

Move back in and refi, or lie to the bank.It really doesn't sound like either of these options are going to fit your needs since you don't want to move back in and you hopefully are not into mortgage fraud.I vote to just take the conventional route and pay the higher interest rate.
