I built 3 new homes in seaside and I had my bank basically giving me 16 more lots on a platter but based on the first 3 I would NEVER rehab or build on the ORegon coastlabor knows they got you and gouge the heck out of you.sideways rain and other special building requirements must be dealt with.hopefully you got a smoking deal on it ...
