You've nailed it, EXACTLY, here.Most of us here bought prior to the peak of 2022 which makes it difficult to be objective.We can sit here and say our $600k house with a 3% interest rate did $120k gross in 2021 and is on pace to do $130k gross in 2022 so we're not even seeing a decrease.

So it not actually all poor people just those who are poor because they " credit " but wouldn't it turn around and hurt then when prices of everyday products like food , toilet paper and even milk go up at crazy pace ..

hello Amanda,ed reid here,even though you don't have the credit you can still move forward with your realestate investment agenda,the reason why you can do this is because theer is a plethora of realestate financing programs that cater to investors that may have some credit issues ,the question is how much capital do you have to put into a realestate deal ,this will determine exactly what you can do.
