As the FED lowers rates, the dollar will continue to weaken, which could accelerate inflation (assuming energy and oil prices remain stable.)What we observed this past week was the FED's surrender.

Having a vehicle that drips oil on my driveway is good enough reason, having insufficient credit is the easiest saying without compensating factors.

We have reached the point where we now sand lightly and oil every 2-3 weeks (food safe oil that includes bees wax).

Oil energy costs which run through everything has created the inflation.    

Additionally, his car was leaking oil in my garage and my contract specifically requires that the garage floor is clean and no oil leakage.  

The property has cooking gas but its heat is from oil. 

I have very little spare time, so I am doing what I can, burning the midnight oil, trying to get it ready without hiring out too much.  

But i was curious is paint gun tips and paint gun oil / armor is considered a tool for the job. 

What I am doing is replacing older model oil furnaces where I was previously paying for the oil and heat for all my tenants to new energy efficient propane heaters that can be metered individually to each tenant to pay for their own heat.
