Jeff Slusarz City lien on property at closing, Title Co. won't return escrow

The title company then rescheduled the closing to the 31st, however, as of the 31st, a city lien continues to exist on the property and clean title could not be provided.

The second phase was the clean up phase, all of the carpet was reinstalled and professionally cleaned.

His specialty is flipping lots and I jumped right in by purchasing an empty lot with my profits which was a pretty scary thing to do.The lot is ready to go, I got it cleaned up, prepped the pad for the house, and all I am waiting on now are the Permits to get approved which we are in almost 2 months now waiting.I'm already working on getting the money from a lender but I'm wondering if there are better options out there to finance my construction?

It seems to me that you can argue that the first offer came from "John Doe" and the second came from "John Doe, LLC", which is an entirely different entity.It also seems to me that you have clean hands in this transaction as long as you didn't know that it was the same person.
