This doesn't seem like a very good way to run a background check.Does anyone use a company that does a more in depth background check and would make these mistakes less likely to happen?

Theres different level of how in depth the survey gets.

It's a bit delicate and I have to discuss this in depth with each prospect before inviting to apply.

You need an in depth knowledge of financing contracts and sources of funds before you can dance with them.
