__________I challenge everyone on Bigger Pockets who is reading this post to guess what is even going on in this photo.

I joined Bigger Pockets about a year ago, but it wasn't until about 3 weeks ago that my husband and I started road tripping for multiple family trips, and we thought that Pod Casts from Bigger Pockets would be a great way to pass the time, and they certainly were!

(Hopefully, live in one unit and rent the others) or go to a bigger city with a more reliable economy and more property options?

Hello, My wife and I are new to real estate and are eager to get started. We've done a lot of research and getting ready to do our first wholesale deal. If anyone has any tips we would appreciate any help, Thank you.

I used the Bigger Pockets Rental Property Analysis Calculator to run the numbers on a place and was curious of the accuracy of the numbers that I am inputting.  

My wife is on board with our investing of rental properties goals but would like a slightly bigger house in a better school district.  

I should also point out that this is largely because of how each expense is repaid.... for example, if I get new water heater I might pay upfront, new carpet maybe over 18 mo, bigger project could be longer/shorter. 

The house isn’t huge so I feel like it being empty, and clean, makes it feel bigger.
