I'm not expecting traffic like Algarve (which is not a bad thing), but would need to generate some income. 

You'll get amazing insights into where people work, what companies are moving in or out (therefore, bringing jobs), info on traffic and commutes, etc.

The large family in one of my rentals is freaking out about black widow spiders, but I had never seen a spider, a web, or any infestation in the house before they moved in.

Your guest probably wasn’t having a “party” per say, but the large gathering was enough to bother your neighbors with the traffic and cars in the driveway.
