Regulations prohibit any sort of advertising or investments by strangers.

Hello fellow investors,I was just informed about some upcoming FHA regulation changes to the way PMI insurance is handled and assessed.

Real estate syndication is a start to the process but there usually is a relationship built between the different parties involved and not as many people involved.I would be worried about complying with all the regulations involved with handling other people's investment money since that is not something that I am familiar with.
