You can win most tax appeals when your taxes are just out of whack for comparable properties so if you can find examples of similar properties with lower taxes, that is the only way you will win.

How old is the property?  

Hello all,I am looking at building by brand and would like to see what the community uses for marketing of their properties.

I ran a CMA on the property and got an average sells price of $290k. $280k is what I ran my numbers off of to be safe.

Zillow and online county property records for sale prices.   

"I was looking at get my property rented by the room to college students or Veterans" but I don't actively see this happening often.

If it's not, then the property may be completely obsolete as an 8 bedroom structure.
