I understand that there are many ways to finance a buy and rehab project.

I've done projects in inglewood, compton, etc and higher end areas.

The other thing is my father wants to retire and selling the property would be his retirement money which he is afraid he may loose if we go through in getting involved in a huge project like this.

Mainly to make sure that I can sleep at night knowing that im providing value to people and to build a network of investors that are willing to work with me on future projects as well.
