The numbers are appealing but if you have no experience be prepared for drop shock.

Things that shock you today will eventually become mundane.It could always be worse.

And the owner has dropped the price so low, i'm truly just shocked that the buyer I presented it to doesn't seem to care. 

Also, that feeling of contentment allows me to pleasantly help my children with their homework or college plans, instead of always thinking about how I'm going to outrun the current/next financial emergency.We are better off for it.Again, congratulations.

I'm old  :(I was suggesting that North County, specifically Escondido, should be okay vlaue for the $ as when most people get sticker shock from "San Diego" they're looking coastal, or actual San Diego and not far out east, or far north where it's not so crazy.I'm big into investing OOS but I accept it's not for everyone. 

I must say that I am pleasantly surprised to see thoughtful dialogue.
