There is a "Ronald McDonald" house in the area, which is a free place to stay overnight for parents with kids in treatment, i've heard it can be tough at times to get a spot, so i'm guessing demand is there......Besides the medical angle, there is a massive military training base in the area, and hotel space is tight 10 times a year when the families come in town for graduation.Anyway, i have been thinking about buying a property near this medical complex and market it towards people in town for medical treatments, perhaps through a vbro type of arrangement.

All of these, "oh I struggled so hard, I was at my wits end, you would never believe how broke I was..." coming from people who have really never; lost it all through medical disaster, theft, con, whatever, where you are disabled, living in the back of a moving van with your wife and children, wondering just how and where to find something to eat.

pay little more  - $90,000 - and  $ 3000 earnest money - with closing in 60 days -- get under contract --Then advertise - in local classifieds - nearby  big cities- Call Doctors and Lawyers in your area - offer them 2 % per month interest - plus 20 % of  Net Profit --  Make sure to do due diligence - and get good comps - and ARV - talk to few agents - for listing - after you have in contract -
