I have not had commercial rental experience.Cash flow, Freedom and not wanting to loose what I had gained were high priorities.My goal was exceed $100,000 per year cash flow.I was being shown high quality NNN properties with 15 year leases backed by top companies like Gander Mountain, Shopko, Many Dollar stores in some small communities with higher enticing cap rates. ( as you know they have all failed) I pictured myself making a $35,000 per month payment with no tenant.

@Jonathan M PetersLLC is just a way of protecting your self so if something happens on or with the property it is not attached to you as a person so you can’t be sued for your personal assets it goes to the LLC company it can be sued and all assets be confiscated but you will not loose your personal assets that is not tied to your LLC

I am not saying that finding a provider to do the sort of loan that you wanted is easy , but I will be really surprised if you put in efforts and make some 50 calls , and still didnt find another broker .You worked hard and did a great job increasing the equity , now every day , you are not taking advantage of that equity , you are loosing out , your broker need not have that urgency .So in general , if you see the process taking longer than necessary ( with some allowance for unexpected things ) - you got to move fast .
