I was doing some searching today and found this amazing community that I look forward to being a part of. you guys have a tremendous amount of knowledge that help people build wealth and success on many levels and I am glad to be a member. 

@Dave Foster you seem like a wealth of knowledge.

You *might* find someone truly knowledgeable, but your best bet is to again, find a professional service/attorney to help you.You need to learn your laws now so that you're not scrambling again  when you have an issue in the future.

Thankfully this zoning also allows single family homes so to my knowledge I don't believe I would need to rezone it (in my dream world where everything works out and I can purchase this land)I don't have $600,000 lying around, but I would love to inquire more on the question.

There are tons of friendly and knowledgeable people here to learn from.

I have property insurance license in HI with some knowledge of underwriting, policy guidelines and adjuster point of view.  

We had to shop around until we found a good mortgage agent who was knowledgeable about options for low money down buyers.
