So instead of pursuing multiple properties I decided to read book after book on investing i.e. index funds, actively managed, passively managed, small cap , large cap,international etc etc etc.

NV has NO income tax.as for a market to invest in  could not tell you.. although I have 4 fix and flips going now that seem to be good deals I think we will hit our internal numbers plus some.

What do you think about investing in properties 10-20 minutes from an airport like Hartsfield Jackson International ?

The reason I am posting this is because I was wondering if someone would not mind taking on a intern for the summer, or perhaps know of any sort of investment firm I can intern for?

@Joe Bruck it might be possible to find a lender to do this but most lenders will either use a separate appraisal or their own internal valuation model.
