It is very obvious when they decend with their quick pitches and extremely high negative influence points.While I do coaching and have course materials just as many others do who contribute to this site... you can see the difference in their approach and their focus on others success, because they know that...If they can help others to achieve their goals and dreams, then they to will achieve theirs.Thanx Josh for providing a place where everyone wins!

You can make commission on selling your own investment properties and once your build a strong sphere of influence, the people you come in contact with like brokers, agents, clients, bankers, etc. can provide you with resources to make your investing a much more pleasant experience.

The first year set it aside for learning all the aspects of being a RE broker: market inventory, contracts, sales process and creating a sphere of influence. 

It's been a huge influence on my personal business, and I like sharing it with as many others as possible.
