I hired Alex Lozano of Winter Accountancy to do my taxes which included rental property schedule E; he specializes in Real Estate accountancy.  

I am thinking of just hiring the experts myself, rather than hiring a General Contractor to hire the crews.

For instance, a property manager can be hired for 5% to 10% of Gross income. 

And, when in doubt, hire a professional!

For Florida there is a excellent book with all the forms by Warda called Land Trusts in Florida.You can also look at Mr Land Trust aka Randy Hughes https://www.landtrustsmadesimple.com/I would highly suggest that for your first land trust in that state you either spend the money with a comprehensive course specific to that state or hire an attorney knowledgeable for that state.

You'll scare them all away.It's a matter of building the delays and incomplete tasks(to hire other people to do it) into the cost.
