I've already done quite a bit of research in my area and can already pretty much tell you what a property is worth or at least generally what it will sell for as I spend about 3 hours a day looking at properties and have been doing that for about a year to make sure I'm prepared on the accuracy side of things.I do have a family member that is a real estate agent in the area, but I'm not sure if a standard single family residential agent is the correct connection for multifamily.

You likely won't have an agent bringing you a tenant at that rental amount.

@Samantha SantanielloHello Samantha,We’re out of state investors and our real estate agent recommended a few PM and I did my diligence and contacted Lubin Property Management and so far they been helping us and no headaches so far.

I did see a few great townhomes but the $960 HOA fee's are grossly out of whack and kill cash flow.Henderson, Summerlin, Spring Valley, The Lakes all have some great properties if you know where to look or have an agent who tends to get pocket listings.
