The demographics and reporting is extremely detailed and sharp and shows square ft per capita/incomes/etc in 1,2,3,4,5 mile radius depending on how you set it up.

Adding that extra unit will reduce your risk since you are adding another income stream to a property you already own.

I was a bit interested in Assumable a loan for a property and know about most of the details, as well as bringing extra money to the table, I just wasn’t sure if I would be able to assume an FHA or VA loan if I already have both and the VA entitlement was already maxed out. 

The tenant asked for an extra week extension to move out which I agreed to but now they have not still moved out.

Well this company has been around for 10+ years which a is a good sign and they are willing to take care of maintenance of the property but I am not getting anything extra in terms of higher monthly rent then what I was originally asking for normal tenants.
