HI @Bridgette Mitchell, DFW is excellent market to invest in RE.As you live in FW, start looking properties in Crowley, Burleson, Arlington, HEB, Saginaw etc...As market is hot, hard to get 1%, but you can target 0.8% and you will find good deals...Ping me if you have any questions...

When you do decide to move again, for what ever reason, it will be easier to sell and better price. 1 Bed/1 Bath houses just dont have that much demand...maybe Allen, TX is different IDK.
