It’s easy, you just settle all your debt but student loans 45 cents on the dollar, or as close as you can get, and then go to google and type in TransUnion dispute, Equifax dispute, and Experian dispute and find the line item and select or type in « Not mine, paid . » You need to dispute on all three sites, very important and easy.

Also they should provide a corporate resolution authorizing the rental of the unit.

Also, if it is a Corporation, you would need a Corporate Resolution authorizing the company to rent the property.

I am not sure what the timing requirements are in your area, but I would let them complete the move in inspection form (so they can't dispute items to a judge and claim you filled out the form), and I would take my time to evaluate the unit upon their move out to ensure that they aren't leaving me with issues that I didn't notice when quickly walking through.
