Hours got cut,  I might be short this month, a couple hundred dollars, but I’m trying to work it out.  

After disastrous earnings reports for the next 3 quarters the only thing CEOs will be able to tell share holders is that we are cutting expenses and laying people off.

Creating a fantastic kitchen, changing all the lower level windows, cutting trees around the perimeter of the house, changing the roof and adding 100% new HVAC system. 100% renovation of the 2 bathrooms and creating a non existing outdoor patio.

Planting gardens moveing his daughter cutting down trees that storms took out months on end and hauling off on our money and our vehaul. 

And if I was a HML right now I would be cutting deals left and right giving extensions and lower rate and not charging more points etc etc..   

Deep cuts, even if brief, can leave scars.

- If I send a lease renewal, it feels more cut and dry.

They recently reached out and asked for a drastic rent cut (>50% cut) for the next 3-4 months, and no pay back.
