The banks are literally across the street from each other, but of course the checks come from some processing center half way across the country.

While we experienced losses in land and hotel investments, our income-generating data center portfolio flourished, balancing out the overall returns.

I'm still in the beginning stages and haven't gotten exact quotes yet, but have a ballpark idea of what we're looking at.Option 1:Separating the existing ductwork to 2 zones, and adding a second furnace...

They have STR's in Golden Ocala Gold and Equestrian Club next to the World Equestrian Center and manage the STR's.

We:Refinished the kitchen cabinets with a modern gray, replaced hardwarePainted the kitchen and bathroomAdded vanity and new faucet in bathroom, replacing a wall-mounted porcelain sinkRefinished the bathtub and shower surroundThe resulting unit was better than anything else in this working class neighborhood, matching the quality of nearby slightly more expensive town center (mall, restaurants, etc.) neighborhoods. 

One thing to think about is that you can smooth out your cash flow if you do it in stages.
