As they say, once I market a juicy deal via contract, that I shouldn't have too much of a problem finding the buyer - especially if I am able to place ads on craigslist/bandit signs etc.I want to just take my baby steps before rushing in full force ya know?

They have zero collateral, have been known to do as little as possible in life to make their own lives better, and want to make others pay their way.Those people are always told a very firm No.I'm working my *** off full time, have a baby on the way, working on building my portfolio, and have about an hour or two a night to myself if I'm lucky to relax, before I have to do it all over again. 

My wife and I are very young (both 21) and we have our first baby due in October.

I see there may be two "children" with the same last name and who are in their 50's (baby boom era kids), one of whom may live on the property and one of whom may live out of state.

We just had our 4th baby boy 6 months ago and we are ready for a better life for our family!                                                               

I am struggling to keep my own motivation up because of all I have on my plate between balancing home life because I am a housewife, recently had a baby (7 months now), working on 2 other income generating businesses and taking care of my sick mom in law.

The baby steps are putting yourself in the best possible position.

Young people in roommate situations are more likely to damage stuff-- they're living cheap and have less incentive to baby the house.
