What's the maintenance arrangement for common areas or owned parcels?

If you fall in between, such as not renting the minimum number of rooms to be considered a boarding house, and not granting the rights granted in a true LL/Tenant arrangement, it may be a grey area.

My goal, although it's in the beginning stages, is to offer information to people looking for help.

I have also read that the real estate market is still recovering and yet to gain traction, so how can a market be at a top if it's still in the recovery stage?

Make them ask you for the opportunity to participate, "I'm considering partners or arrangements with other people" "would you be interested in looking at this in detail?"

Is it possible to have such type of arrangement? 

I am also a Realtor who does home staging and I believe that helped, knowing what  Buyers/Tenants want/need and looking at what other VR in the neighborhood were offering.
