Armando - A few questions I would ask are:- I've seen banks typically use 5% for vacancy factor- Are you self-managing?

I am most interested in STR as I love the idea of active management and playing the hospitality game.

Not interested in doing the manual labor side or being a property manager (I'm "old" and arthritic and 100% P&T disabled thanks to the ole Corps!)

Refinancing isn't going to affect landlording or property management much at all.

I managed to complete college in three years and really launch my business.

Have you read up on their by-laws to see if you need to use in house management or any other rules?
