Example a 100 unit apartment next to an army base where the base might close or reduce it's operations or a smaller town with a manufacturing plant.In those cases if those tenants make up most of your base you are in a world of hurt if something happens and you need to fill up the buildings.

So you may be doing a lot of work, successfully get his properties sold, and not be legally entitled to collect any compensation.Using a work around, such as claiming to be the seller's employee, would require the seller's "cooperation", also leading to the possibility of not getting compensated.Many people when becoming aware that they may not legally be responsible for an obligation to which they freely agreed are able to find, manufacture, discover, or create numerous "reasons" to fit their greed, i.e.desire to not pay that obligation.However, on the other side I have witnesses third parties who are not licensed receive commission for doing what is essentially real estate brokerage.You may have an excellent opportunity here, just be aware of the risk of being screwed on payment.

Might undervalue it like mobiles or manufacture homes get a lot of tmes .. which then makes it hard for buyers to get financing  .. so with that in mind as long as you go into it with the assumption that your buyer may have to have a large amount down or all cash then your ok .. because .. the plus side it it is generally much cheaper to build a container house ..up to 56-60% but i would budget about 25-30% cheaper to be on the safe side .. also they go up quicker if you're u have someone who knows what they are doing .. biggest problem is getting the R value from siding and insulation high enough and safe from any toxic fumes they may have .. i think there is non toxic spray foam but i know isulation is a concern as is mold because of the insulation issue ( vapor barrier ) at least the sites a read ..

I'm replacing all the windows in a manufactured home (about 16 I think) and some of them are large picture windows for about $4,300.For window panes (like fixing broken seals or a single cracked pane), try Diamond Glass.
