To answer the first post, no I am worried of a fake counter offer, even though that would also be possible, but that time I was told a third party came in and also bid on the duplex, so i had to come up with my best and maximum price.And Jeffrey, how do you focus on winning, or not get scammed in that case?

I would have been more careful about who I chose to work with.I spent a lot of time, and lost a lot of money, and even some promising relationships, because I chose to work with some real losers at the beginning.

I just decided a few hours ago to cut my ties with a certain plug in that promises this and I didn't see that results so I'm not promoting it anymore even though the earning potential is great, I dont promote anything that I can see working for me.
