Do you need the app to work on mobile devices?

They have everything I need and it doesn’t cost me a dime - free personal & business checking/savings accounts, free checks, free wire transfers, great customer support and tech (you can do all of your banking through their mobile app), personal & business credit cards that both offer cash back rewards (and the business cards don’t report to your personal credit), lots of branches in my area (which is important  since some of my tenants deposit in person at the branches), etc. 

Hi Jay, Since you are driving for dollars I would suggest the app Deal Machine.

I didn't think I would get this fare since I found it to be a pretty old listing on some of those real estate apps and all the investors Ive talk to say, "oh we don't use those sites we go off the MLS" So I inputted my email I knew an agent would immediately reach out to me since thats how these sites are set up.

Probably a little easier than in my day when it was pay phones once you hit the dock if you wanted to make a phone call, but I doubt there's very good cell service in the middle of the Atlantic. 

I went into Trulia, the real estate app, and found some multifamily houses for sale.

My job was a sales manager in a auto dealership and their mindset was I needed every brain cell to be devoted to them.
