I live in Germany now, but also invest in Italy.Can't help you with YouTube content from Europe, but I can share some experience from Italy.Where do you live in Portugal?

If anyone on here is good with google docs, I could use some tips. 

Misled by gurus on YouTube hyping how people JUST LIKE THEM with no capital, experience or real estate education, can join his mentorship and make these incredibly profitable deals.  

Any tips on marketing or preparing a property near a military base for this kind of rental?

I've made a unique email and subscribe to Netflix, Disney+, Youtube TV and Prime Video. 

Pro tip--make sure your exhaust fan in the bathroom is vented to the atmosphere--meaning out to the outside.....go out the roof or out the side of the unit or secured to an opening in a soffit vent grille off the house.
