I could see how that kind of indoctrination could limit one's thinking.To clarify, when you say, "so is being a Real Estate Professional," I assume you are referring to the IRS recognition of qualifying real estate professional, rather than to the the public's widely understood meaning of the phrase, correct?

@Kristi Kandel I don’t know a lot about roads or to what level you would have to build it to just make it a driveway but I just used ledge pack gravel in an 8 car parking lot and driveway that all in would have been at least 120’ long and in about 60’ two car widths wide and with delivery, cost of the gravel, and cost for the bobcat to spread the materials and pack them down it was all in about $1000.

I do diversify my ira in the market, but I'm much more comfortable leveraged up into a wide variety of units so I can predict the averages better.If you don't leverage up and have 1 property paid out right, not only are you sacrificing a much greater return, but you also have all your eggs in one basket.
