I spent countless hours watching their webinars, reading their books/forums and mastering their calculator tools.

Once I got comfortable with analyzing deals and had a solid knowledge base from the forums, webinars, @Brandon Turner's "The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide to Real Estate Investing" and @David Greene's "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing" books, I hooked up with an agent in St.

I one had a real estate license (20 some years ago), but all they wanted me to do was open the white pages and make phone calls...needless to say in my mid 20's (before the internet) that wasn't enough action...since the only other real estate experience was owning my own house....I have reading a lot, listening to the podcast, and attending some of the webinars and am soaking it all in....I would like to build for our retirement, just figuring out how i want to do it!!

@Ron Fletcher like I said before I drive my own truck and that doesn’t leave much time for reading but I have listened to several podcast and webinars I’ve learned a great deal but im not quite sure if my numbers are correct I’ve found a couple deals but I’m not sure if I’m doing things correctly I’ve ran numbers on at least 15 homes and duplex’s and 5 good deals I’ve felt would be good investments both short and long term for my market my next goal would be a hard loan I haven’t had the time comfortably learn about hard loans and loans in general give me a few days 18 hrs in a truck leaves a long time for audio books and pod cast rich dad poor dad changed my preception ofMy life and money i look forward to listening to richest man in Babylon
