Can I ask them to take cats to the Vet and get them vaccinated first so we don't start spreading the Toxoplasmosis parasite?

My pet clause (I allow a well-trained family dog) has the name and breed of the dog and specifies no other pets, including guest pets, that vaccinations and licensing must be kept current, and that they certify their dog has had no previous signs of aggression to people or animals.  

Not an expert but generally your dog has been vaccinated against certain diseases.Bats create Guano and rats or mice carry plenty of diseases so in my mind that would be the difference.These types of animals carry all kinds of illnesses that is dangerous to the public.

I've had verified COVID twice, the first time before the vaccine came out.

Save money like your child will die if you can't afford the vaccine.  

Limits of liability, fence and stable maintenance, up to date vaccinations, damage, etc.

It seems as if the forces that were already impacting commercial retail such as automation and online retail, has only been expedited by Covid-19, and many mom and pop restaurants, retail businesses without deep pockets will not survive simply because the crisis for their businesses will not simply end with the lifting of shelter in place, but will only end when the fear of this virus dissipates which may be many months to a year from now when we finally have approved and effective treatments along with a proven vaccine.

You need to learn about growth hormones, and what breeds do best, calving weights, first time heifers, vaccinations, pasturing, branding, castrating, scours, predators, the list is never ending. 

We have vaccine hesitances, and doubt we will be able to put our children in public school in the state.
