On a dark roof they kind of blend in anyway.

You could do things to mitigate the risk like a debt equity blend with an equity partner, or find a deal you can turn faster.

They will typically live where the threat of getting caught is relatively low, which is lower income areas where they blend in more.

Mine has a blended term policy for 7 yrs to raise the MEC limit and allow me to put more money into it. 

My experience blends new construction with financial analysis, valuation, and construction.

I tell every visitor to my open house that I need to collect their email, because I know they're looking at a lot of houses and they all blend into one.

Where your straight line is, the two floors can be blended together with new strips which will get rid of the straight line.Once you blend the floor, drum sand, then stain and seal with a poly.
