If there's a judgment rendered that is unfavorable, it's better for it to be in the name of the LLC instead of you individually as that becomes a public record.

I really think the nation will see a correction, but a some market will see a crash, and If I was a betting man it would be places that are taxed heavy, proposed rent controls, and political unfavorable for investors and business.
