The reports i can get right now only go back to the 70's as far as owner history goes however i want to go deeper, all the way back to the 1800s if i can.If the title is good i'll send out my first yellow letter and cross my fingers.

Here's my plan:- email all the agents and tell them my criteria, might get lucky here- scour craigslist and mls and make offers until my fingers bleed- don't know any reliable wholesalers but I want to add this to my deal sourcingAny other ideas?

Keeping fingers crossed on that one.Just got approval on another short sale purchase which will be an easy and standard rehab flip, should take 3-4 weeks and have average returns.Have been working on a new business (real estate related) that is online and will help rehab flippers and buy and holders, should launch in CA next wek finally!
