This property offers spacious townhouse like setting floor plans offering one, two and three-bedrooms.

I would have been ok with the latter numbers because I have been stockpiling materials for like two months, but...I did not know if I could trust them due to the lack of "professionalism," and my lack of experience. 

I have two properties which at 10% fee will be around $35K.

I took that money and bought two other places. 

What I love the most is two fold, the interest paid back on the loan goes back to you, the fees to do this are extremely minimal.
