We have a spreadsheet that calculates each tenant’s cost and text it to them.  

The kind that can’t fill out a form, checks both boxes in an either or situation, and can’t be bothered to respond to calls, texts, or emails.

I feel like a complete idiot, as I am not a newbie at all but had recently moved to Illinois, and most of the usual lenders I use do not lend here.The broker will now not respond to any calls, texts or emails.

my tenant keep comaplinign no enough heat on her unit, but she doesnt turn on the heat 24/7,  she pays for her own heat, as the unit has an electric heater. We have already sent three handymen to her unit over the yea...
