@Suzanne Griffiths I get it but for the average investor who cannot buy 100's of them there is no real impact just financial suicide.. you need to be able to change entire neighborhoods this is a big money play if its going to happen at all.. and in many instance most of this stuff should be torn down and repositioned. ?

northrop grummond was just awarded a $60B stealth bomber contract, so i would look at SFR's that would appeal to middle income tenants that will be coming to the area. 6000+ new jobs will be a nice boost to the area, especially to SFR rentals.

I beg to differ.Finally, I'm saying that at least in real estate, every single person I've met with very high initial financial goals such as the one outlined by the OP tends to eventually meet with spectacular failure due to their taking on suicidal risk.Glad I could clear that up for you.
