Four properties were existing STR's that had a permit 'transfer' and the other half were eligible properties that successfully launched with astounding success.

Might be a bit biased, but Branson is a great example of a small-town market where both STRs and LTRs can be successful.

From the just curious to the seriously successful.

I have done it successfully on my last 2 buildouts, maybe 3, but only because I was able to acquire the properties at a very low price and I did all the work in-house (myself and some hired hands on staff).

It seems this investment was incredibly successful for you, but the resale is most important.
