Good Day BP Family,I stumbled upon this information regarding a change (at least to the form) the IRS has made effective Nov 2013 regarding estate assets.

Moral of the story is that nothing beats finding (sometimes stumbling or sleeping on) a motivated seller.I suggest telling EVERYONE what you are trying to do.

I stumbled across the site a few years ago researching mortgages to buy my primary residence.

I believe I stumbled upon BP last Summer when I was searching for something REI related.

And they have worked well, but I stood with my finger on the trigger ready to take it over if the developer stumbled.

We could not be happier stumbling upon this website.
