It may be that they are underwriting the property at a significantly different valuation than what you are using or that they feel that you or the deal is excessively risky.Great advice here, and a good HML will have an account rep or someone to communicate with you through the process so that you know.

I specifically want to call out one of their Senior Accounts Associate, Charlotte Cunningham, who helped me through the process on my first purchase as I needed to buy a sizable amount of furniture quickly and she was able to help me make moves quickly...and didn't make me feel bad whatsoever when I pulled back a few items at the last minute I was able to find them cheaper elsewhere.

So far, I've rated Evergreen and FCI lowest based on a number of reviews on different platforms that have consistent negative reviews mentioning certain specific issues that I find concerning (this is after accounting for the inevitable disgruntled customer/borrower who gets unjustifiably upset).Are you able to share any of your information?
