Would you avoid investing in strictly a cash-flow market?

Perhaps it is hard for people from the states to understand - but the rule of law, and clarity in regulations etc really makes it so much more attractive than other places where you never know what new policies might come into effect forcing you to take massive loses etc.

For the office, it is advisable to begin with home office deduction if one meets the requirements of the law.

* What do you do to ensure that the tenant is responsible for security deposit disputes since that is the largest reason for owner lawsuits* How familiar are you with the newly changed laws that can affect you the owner if they are not used correctly?

Ensure compliance with local laws, start with smaller loans to gain experience, monitor your investments regularly, and trust your instincts as you navigate this venture.I myself, as a PML.

What I do know is I don't plan to leave any crumbs 😂I also am aware of laws that say I shouldn't say things like, "I'm offering 8% return to someone who has the liquidity/resources", if they are not friends or family.
